Design Presentation
Secondly, we present to you the concept design we developed together during our initial consultation and review all details.

Renovations & Restorations
Safety is always our first concern, especially when renovating older homes. We perform in-depth investigations in advance to prevent potential health risks and surprises that could hurt your budget.
Project Management
With our project management system we are by your side through the entire process. Fee structure is based on percentage or fixed. All components of the project are sent to tender and you make all selections and maintain control at all times. We educate and guide you as well as manage the entire process. This model allows for the most client control and involvement.
